Frequently Asked Questions
What materials are used to make the clocks?
Our clocks are crafted from Foamalux, a lightweight and durable material that will not fade in sunlight, and finished with elegant nickel clock hands.
Can I personalise the clock if its a gift?
Yes, you can add a personalised ribbon to the clock's collar with a message of your choice to make it extra special.
Do the clocks come with a warranty?
Yes, all our clocks include a one-year warranty for your peace of mind.
How do I care for and maintain my clock?
Simply hang it up and enjoy. The clock is designed to last for years. The only thing you will need to do is replace the AA battery when it runs out.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
We do not offer gift wrapping, but every order is packed with care. We are also happy to include a handwritten gift note if you are sending it to someone special.
Are the batteries included with the clock?
Yes, batteries are included with UK orders. For international orders, you will need to provide your own AA battery due to shipping restrictions.
Are the clocks suitable for all room types?
Yes, as long as the room is kept at a normal indoor temperature. We advise against placing your clock in hot conservatories or directly above a fireplace.
Does the clock make a ticking noise?
No, the mechanism is virtually silent so it will not disturb you in quiet spaces.
What is the lifespan of the clocks mechanism?
Although we do not give an official lifespan, many customers have told us their clocks are still wagging happily after more than 10 years. You can expect the mechanism to last for at least four years.
