How to Return an Item

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition, unused, with packaging and tags intact
  • Include a copy of your dispatch note, stating if you’d like a refund or exchange
  • For exchanges (different size, colour, or product), please clearly state the replacement item.
    • If there is a price difference, we will contact you to arrange payment or refund

Postage Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrect
  • Original postage costs will be deducted from refunds unless the item was faulty or incorrect
  • For exchanges, original postage will be deducted and new postage will need to be paid
  • We recommend using registered or tracked delivery and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

Processing Returns

  • Refunds or exchanges are usually processed within 3 business days of receiving your return
  • Refunds may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account (depending on your bank)
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Incomplete Returns

  • Items returned incomplete (e.g., missing parts) are not eligible for refund or exchange
