Ordered between 1 October and 24 December 2026? You can return it until 31 January 2027.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Personalised ribbons are made to order, so they cannot be returned
How to return
- Email us first at info@thelabradorcompany.co.uk with your order number
- Pack the item with your dispatch note, and tell us if you want a refund or an exchange
- Post it to the address below

Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. We cannot cover items lost on the way back.
Postage costs
- You pay for return postage, unless the item is faulty or wrong
- We deduct the original delivery cost from your refund, unless the item is faulty or wrong
Exchanges
- Tell us which item you would like instead
- If the price is different, we will contact you to pay or refund the difference
- The original delivery cost is deducted, and you pay delivery on the new item
Refunds
- We process your return within 3 working days of receiving it
- Your bank may take another 3 to 5 working days
- We refund to your original payment method
Missing parts
We cannot refund or exchange items that come back with parts missing.
Faulty or wrong item
Email us straight away with your order number and a photo. We will repair, replace or refund it.
